Welcome to 3rd Grade!
Classroom Rules - All week we have been working on classroom rules. The students learned about being respectful, staying on task, and being organized. They are working on creating a poster of the rules as a great reminder. Along with the rules we came up with some classroom goals to keep us focused on learning and staying safe.
1. Be nice to each other
2. Be safe
3. Respect the speaker
4. Follow directions
Classroom Goals
1. Have 20 recesses without a problem on the playground.
2. Go 12 days with everyone returning their homework.
3. Go 16 days where everyone is on time for school.
4. Keep the class library organized for nine days in a row.
Classroom Homework Policy
Homework will be given Monday - Thursday. The students will have to log their reading each night. They will also have a page of math from their math workbook. The pages are labeled reteaching and practice. Some nights our class will have science or social studies when we are doing a class project. Students are to return the homework the next day so that I can check and we can correct the math homework.
